Throughout history, women gathered at the well.
It was where necessary work got done to sustain their families, but it was also the heart of the community. It was where women shared news, laughed, dreamed, and carried life’s burdens together. Work and human connection naturally intertwined.
Today, we’ve lost the well. We’ve traded shared physical spaces of work for isolated screens. As a result, our communities are increasingly disconnected, and when community weakens, local businesses suffer. Small businesses are the modern anchor points of our towns, but they cannot thrive without community.
We built Wellhouse to bring people back to the well.
Wellhouse exists to create opportunities for smart growth strategy and authentic local connection. We believe great marketing isn't about shouting louder, it’s about creating spaces, stories, and experiences where people make real connections.
Kassi Strong, Founder of Wellhouse
Kassi is a modern marketing expert and small business strategist with more than a decade of experience building growth and awareness strategies for businesses in a wide range of industries.
She is a Billings native and graduate of the University of Montana. When she’s not working on marketing strategy for Wellhouse clients, you can either find her hosting The Prairie Sisters Vintage Market, singing and performing at Billings Studio Theatre, or spending time in the mountains with her two sons and husband.
